The architecture office  IOS22 was founded in 1993 by Ioannis A. Skourlis

Since then it has been providing architectural design and supervision services in many areas and scales of projects.

We specialize in the preparation of architectural studies, the issuance of building permits and construction,

while our portfolio includes hotel complexes, private residences, urban apartments, offices and commercial spaces.

Skourlis Ioannis graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1993 as an Architect Engineer.

Since then, he has been professionally active in various regions of Greece and abroad. He is also a member of the International Union of Architects (UIA).

The studio team consists of architects, mechanical engineers, civil engineers, interior designers, visual artists, and other related specialties.

 

The philosophy of the office is to create spaces with clean recognizable forms,

the penetration and extension of the interior to the exterior.

Ideas without exaggeration based on the golden ratio between aesthetics and functionality,

with respect to Greek architecture and tradition.

Ecologically structured spaces according to modern standards and materials,

buildings with less ego in accordance with the laws of nature.
